Dear Universe Project: Follow Up!

Remember last month when we told you about the Dear Universe project?

Well, last Thursday in the JCR (Junior Common Room) at University College, I happened upon on the envelope pictured above. I asked around, but no one would claim ownership of the mysterious letter.

In case you can’t read the text, it says,

Dear Universe – or shall I say “puny”verse. You’re really not quite as big as you make yourself out to be be. In fact, Elliott is larger than you. So don’t act so mean!

To be honest, I was expecting something a little more romantic, but I think the hilarity of the letter makes up for it!

    HAHAHA, this one made my laugh so hard.

    Elliott looks pretty hot from that sketch.

    I wonder if the author is referring to the Eliott who is the director the Rothko Institute (the group that started this project)…

    a) that’s not what i look like.
    b) i think the person who wrote this particular letter was very intoxicated. most of our correspondence is not like this.

    Haha, I like how we have 3 different spellings of Elliot here.
