As a huge fan of the city – I born in Toronto and my mother lived there for some 14 plus years in the 50’s and 60’s – it’s great to be able to keep up with the goings on in and around the University of Toronto even though I now live in Wales.

What a wonderful blog. I’m delighted I’ve discovered it. Keep up the good work!

    Hi there!

I’m from Sydney, Australia and am planning to come to UoT for exchange for the Fall Semester 2014. I just wanted to find out the best place to stay (either on or off campus). Where do most international students stay? Which colleges have the best reputation for living experience? I’ve heard about Tartu and Primrose.

Very much looking forward to coming to Canada!! :D

      Hello Jennifer!

I’m happy to hear that you’re planning to come to UofT this Fall! I’m not sure if I can help you much with residence since I’m a commuter BUT I was able to find a site that takes you to the homepage of all the residence that UofT offers!

      Here’s the link: http://cie.utoronto.ca/Coming/Prepare-for-Arrival/Housing.htm
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find the list of residence for exchange students!

To tell you the truth, I never heard of the Tartu or Primose residence before but I checked out each site and they look pretty nice (especially the Primrose, it’s so fancy!)! But please do check out the link to learn more about it!

If you have any more questions, please reply! I’m happy to assist you!

Welcome to the UofT family! Cheers!
